Randall J. Witte has been a practicing attorney with the law firm since 1978. Randall attended College of San Mateo, received his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State and went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 1978 from California Western School of Law in San Diego.

Randall's civil law practice targets areas of personal injury litigation, real estate litigation, probate and estate planning, as well as mechanic lien and stop notice law. He also arbitrates civil matters for the San Mateo County Superior Court.

He is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and is a past president of the San Mateo County Barristers Club. He is currently a member of the San Carlos Lions Club (past president) , San Mateo Elks Lodge and the South End Rowing Club in San Francisco.
