Randall J. Witte has been a practicing attorney with the law firm since 1978. Randall attended College of San Mateo, received his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State and went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 1978 from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
Randall's civil law practice targets areas of personal injury litigation, real estate litigation, probate and estate planning, as well as mechanic lien and stop notice law. He also arbitrates civil matters for the San Mateo County Superior Court.
Mr. Witte has an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the top peer rating to be achieved with the well-known national directory of attorneys. This significant accomplishment addresses ethical standards, legal knowledge, analyical capability, judgement, communication, ability, and legal experience.
